Training
Now, innovation needs more than tools; it requires structured training that blends theory, hands-on practice, and collaboration. Without proper education, you end up with a very bizarre (and messy) situation: Users may believe they've achieved great results, while management is left frustrated by subpar outcomes they inadvertently caused.
Purpose
The purpose of our training programs is to equip participants with the essential skills and particularly the confidence to understand, participate, lead, or facilitate innovation projects using Business Design. Through a blend of structured learning modules and practical application, the programs ensure that participants develop tangible results that prepare them to independently apply Business Design methods within their organizations or with their clients.
